Thank you for shopping with The Consignery! We work hard to ship your items quickly, safely, and accurately. Because every piece in our shop is one-of-a-kind and preloved, our shipping process is designed to keep things simple and transparent.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer — but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.
Please note: once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
All orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times are determined by the carrier and may vary based on your location. We ship only in the USA.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

size
-
destination
-
current carrier rates
We do not mark up shipping costs — what the carrier charges is what you pay.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
If your package is:

delayed, lost, marked delivered but not received, arrives damaged
you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier. We will gladly assist by providing any necessary documentation, but The Consignery cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your mailing address before checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the package.
