At The Consignery, we believe in honest listings, clear descriptions, and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy below before purchasing.


Consignment Items (Preloved Inventory)

All consignment items are FINAL SALE and sold as-is.
Because these pieces come from consignors, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason.

We thoroughly inspect every item and disclose all known flaws, wear, or imperfections in the description and photos so you can shop confidently.


Retail Items (Sold Exclusively by The Consignery)

Retail (non-consignment) items may be returned if eligible.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

If There Is an Issue Not Described in the Listing

For consignment items only:
If you believe your item has a significant flaw not disclosed, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please email theconsigneryllc@gmail.com with photos of the issue so we can review and determine next steps.


Make an Offer Purchases

If you use the “Make an Offer” feature on any item:

  • All accepted offers are final and binding.

  • Once an offer is accepted, the sale cannot be canceled.

  • Consignment items purchased through accepted offers remain final sale.

  • Retail items purchased through accepted offers may be returned only if they meet standard retail return eligibility, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Submitting an offer confirms that you understand the item’s condition, measurements, and description prior to purchase.
